Storage Facility Roof Replacement – King County, WA
A full roof replacement on a row of storage buildings. Our crew tore off the old shingles, replaced damaged decking with new sheathing, installed synthetic underlayment and finished the roofs with new architectural shingles and ridge cap.
Low-Slope Roof Replacement – King County, WA
A low-slope section of a home was rebuilt from the deck up: new decking, a base sheet and a new membrane roof, tied cleanly into the shingles.
Apartment Building Siding Replacement – King County, WA
The old siding came off a three-story apartment building, damaged wall sections were opened and repaired, the walls were wrapped and flashed, and new lap siding was installed and finished.
Church Roof Replacement – King County, WA
A steep church roof replaced from top to bottom. The crew removed the old shingles, installed new synthetic underlayment and finished every roof plane with new architectural shingles and ridge cap.

A low-slope roof section between two shingle roofs, insulated with rigid boards and covered with a new membrane, then tied into the new shingle roofs for a watertight finish.
